is-live.dev

Terms of use

Last updated 10 October 2026. Everyone with a subdomain on is-live.dev agrees to these. Our tools on other subdomains, such as editor.is-live.dev, have their own terms.

Rules for every subdomain (version v1)

  1. No phishing, fake login pages or impersonating other brands.
  2. No malware or deceptive downloads.
  3. No spam or bulk email.
  4. is-live.dev may suspend a subdomain without notice if these rules are broken.
  5. Records are limited to A, AAAA, CNAME and TXT; MX is available on request.

The service

is-live.dev gives developers subdomains that point at their own projects. A member of our team verifies every request by phone before a DNS record is created.

Plans and payment

  • Each subdomain is on a paid plan: US$1 for 6 months or US$2 for a year, as listed on our pricing.
  • We collect payment person to person during your verification call, before the subdomain goes live. Your plan runs from that date for the period you paid for.
  • We email you before your plan ends. A subdomain that isn’t renewed may be suspended and later released, and its name may go to someone else.
  • If we change prices, the new price applies from your next renewal.

Your account and requests

  • Give your real name and a phone number you can be reached on. We call before approving a subdomain.
  • Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • We may decline any request, including names that are reserved, misleading or impersonate others.

Your site

  • Your subdomain points at a host you control. You are responsible for that site, its content, and setting up HTTPS where your host does not do it for you.
  • We check subdomains periodically and may suspend one without notice if it breaks the rules above or harms others.
  • Subdomains that stop resolving or point at abandoned hosts may be suspended to prevent takeover.
  • You can release your subdomain at any time from your dashboard.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of availability or that a name will remain available. We may change, limit or end the service, and will try to give notice where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Vexellab is not liable for any loss arising from using is-live.dev, including downtime, DNS changes or a suspended subdomain.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. If the rules for subdomains change, we will ask you to accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
